Home Visits

In an effort to make your child as comfortable as possible, I conduct my sessions in your home.  Children are more likely to develop relationships and socialize when they feel secure.  Furthermore, my working in your home will make it easier for you to carry over my techniques and play ideas in between our sessions.

School/Community Consults

If you like, I will visit your child’s school, music class, etc.  I can discuss with your child’s teachers what we have been working on at home to increase your child’s success in social situations.  I can also assess your child’s abilities and needs in the classroom.

Consults with other therapists

Many children with developmental delays receive a number of different therapies.  I will gladly share my thoughts and techniques with other therapists, as well as listen to what they have been working on with your child.  Therapy for your child is more likely to be successful when it is integrated across disciplines.
